Today's Hadith

Bismillah,

Mafhumnya(Paraphrasing)

There was one time when Sahabat(a friend) noticed Rasulullah SAW sad face so he asked,

"Ya Rasulullah, why do you look sad?"

Rasulullah SAW said, "Jibril (Malaikat) promised to see me today but he did not come."
That time, happened to be, there was a dog staying at his house.

Next morning, after the dog went away, Rasulullah SAW washed the place where the dog sat.

Then, Jibril came.

Rasulullah said, "Ya Jibril, why didnt you come yesterday? You promised me to see me yesterday"

Jibril said, " Ya Rasulullah, yes, I promised to come yesterday but I couldnt. We(malaikat) will never enter a house with a dog"

Notes:
-in this hadith, we are told that malaikat will not be in the house with dogs. Islam forbid we from having dogs in the house except for security.
-we need to wash the cloth that got contact with dogs with water seven times, staring with water mixed with soil.
